Małgorzata Motylow has been employed at the Supreme Audit Office for seventeen years. She worked at the Regional Branch of NIK in Gdańsk, first as a public auditor, later pursuing further stages as an audit professional.
Małgorzata Motylow graduated from the Law and Administration Department of the University of Gdańsk.
Before employment at NIK, she worked at the Tax Audit Office and Tax Audit Chamber in Gdańsk. In 2001, Ms Motylow was employed at the Regional Branch of NIK in Gdańsk. She completed the auditor’s training with top grades. She was subsequently promoted to the position of a public audit expert, chief expert, economic advisor and Advisor to the President of NIK.
As an Advisor to the President of NIK, Małgorzata Motylow conducted, supervised and coordinated audit proceedings, issued opinions on audit programmes and drafted audit subject matter. She also held the position of the Regional Branch’s press officer and professional training coordinator.
She proceeded to continue education at various post-graduate studies on public procurement at the University of Gdańsk, and post-graduate studies on internal audit and internal control at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
Ms Motylow specialises in tax law, public finances and issues concerning tax obligations
of legal entities, taxation of natural persons, as well undisclosed income.
Małgorzata Motylow also cooperated with the Department of Entrepreneurship and Economic Law of the Faculty of Management and Economics at the Gdańsk University of Technology.
