Moreover, the members of the Task Force discussed the draft of another document, setting out the procedures for appointing and functioning of the teams for implementation of individual strategic goals - the document was elaborated by the SAIs of Germany, Portugal and Poland and it will be formally approved by the EUROSAI Governing Board. The Task Force also agreed on the schedule of further works related to the EUROSAI strategy.
After the meeting, the new, i.e. the fourth, draft of the plan, comprising the comments and suggestions voiced by EUROSAI members, was sent to the members and observers of the EUROSAI Governing Board for comments, together with the document on procedures for appointing and functioning of teams for the implementation of individual strategic goals.
The next meeting of the EUROSAI Strategic Plan Task Force will be held in January 2011 in Warsaw. Then, the comments by EUROSAI Governing Board members and observers related to the two documents elaborated will be discussed. Once they will be amended correspondingly, the drafts of the two documents will be sent to the Governing Board anew for approval.
