FAPA received a subsidy of PLN 750 thousand to execute its tasks. The audit showed that the Foundation failed to execute, for various reasons, critical and the most labour-consuming tasks. According to NIK, the Foundation should pay back a great majority of obtained funds. It did not, however. The auditors also stated that the Ministry spent more than PLN 3 million for salaries of its employees whose work was not properly documented.
