NIK about auditing companies with foreign capital

Tax offices and tax inspection authorities audited by NIK did not manage to prevent companies with foreign capital from evading taxes by transferring their income outside the Polish tax system. NIK has noted that the general anti tax-avoidance principle has not been introduced in Poland yet. However, it is supposed to be part of the new Tax Ordinance which is being worked on by the Commission for Codification of General Tax Law.
