This year’s campaign of WOŚP [Wielka Orchiestra Świątecznej Pomocy - Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity] is devoted to saving children’s lives and ensuring proper medical care for elderly people. “We are happy that we can help the Polish healthcare also in this way” – said President Kwiatkowski. And he adds that improvement of medical care in Poland is one of priorities in everyday work of the Supreme Audit Office.

The jubilee coins put up for auction by NIK President have been enclosed in an elegant case containing: a PLN 10 coin with a mirror stamp made from silver (925/1000 Ag) and a PLN 2 coin made from metal alloy (CuAl5Zn5Sn1). A unique fountain pen with the logo of the Polish Supreme Audit Office has not only a collector value. President Kwiatkowski used to sign with that pen the most important reports of NIK – the key ones to improve the functioning of the state.
