NIK on salaries of men and women

Men earn more than women in most public administration units, municipal corporations and State Treasury companies audited by NIK. Salary levels differ not because employers breach the law on equal treatment of men and women, though. The reason usually is a different scope of responsibilities and the fact that managerial positions are mostly occupied by men.
