The letter of NIK President says: ” It is with great sadness that I heard of yesterday’s terrorist attacks in Paris. I express my heartfelt sympathy to the families of the victims. I convey sincere condolences on behalf of my colleagues from the Polish Supreme Audit Office and of myself.”
NIK and and the French Cour des comptes have been partners in international collaboration for many years. In 2014 the French SAI handed over to the Polish NIK the function of the external audytor of the Council of Europe.
