The Task Force was established at the 7th Congress of the European Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (EUROSAI) in Kraków in 2008. The Accounting Chamber of Ukraine became its Chair at that time. The group meets once in a year and now includes 13 members, being the Supreme Audit Institutions from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Kazachstan, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Hungary. The Task Force on the Audit of Funds Allocated to Disasters and Catastrophes also includes auditors from the European Court of Auditors (ECA).
