Rola KSAP w przygotowaniu kadr służby publicznej – kierunki rozwoju Krajowej Szkoły Administracji Publicznej

Krajowa Szkoła Administracji Publicznej odgrywa kluczową rolę w kształceniu profesjonalnych kadr administracji w Polsce. Jej misja od początku polegała na przygotowaniu do pracy wysokiej klasy urzędników, którzy z jednej strony byli gotowi sprostać wyzwaniom transformacji, a z drugiej – wspierać reformy administracji w Polsce. Współcześnie KSAP kształci przyszłych liderów administracji, ale także dostosowuje swoją ofertę edukacyjną i szkoleniową do zmieniających się potrzeb. Artykuł przybliża historię powstania szkoły, omawia jej cele i zadania. Autorzy szczególną uwagę poświęcają zmianom programu kształcenia stacjonarnego oraz oferty szkoleniowej w kontekście profesjonalizacji kadr administracji publicznej.

ABSTRACT

Role of the National School of Public Administration in Preparing Professional Public Service Staff – Development Directions in the National School of Public Administration 

The National School of Public Administration (Polish: Krajowa Szkoła Administracji Publicznej, KSAP) plays a key role in educating professional public administration staff in Poland. Its mission, from the very beginning of its establishment, was to prepare high quality officials who, on the one hand, were ready to face the challenges of transformation and, on the other hand, to support the reforms of administration in Poland. Nowadays, KSAP not only educates future administration leaders, but it also adjusts its education and training offer to the changing needs and challenges. The article presents the history of KSAP, its objectives and tasks. The authors focus on the changes in the full-time curriculum and the training offer in the context of public administration staff professionalisation.
